JUNIOR ENGINEER
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic junior games programmer. Working along side a senior code 'mentor' you will learn the ropes of games development, working with cutting edge games technologies on next-gen games hardware.
A successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate a boundless enthusiasm for games (console games prefered).
- Be self-motivated with good communication skills.
- Have a good standard of C/C++ programming.
The following attributes would be an advantage:
- A strong background in maths and computer science.
- Experience with system level code (memory management, file systems etc).
- Experience with games engine architecture.
- Experience with 3D graphics systems and 3D mathematics.

ENGINEERS
We are looking for senior and intermediate engineers to work on PS3, Xbox 360 and PSP titles at our London studio.
Responsibilities will include:
- Writing gameplay and game-engine code
- Optimising and maintaining existing code
- Completing tasks on time and to a high degree of quality
Qualifications:
- A high standard of C/C++ programming (at least 3 years commercial experience)
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
- A strong background in maths and computer science.
- A good understanding of 3D rendering techniques and 3D mathematics.
- Experience in working with multi-processor architecture \ distributed computing.
- Knowledge of low-level assembler programming.
- Be a good communicator and be able to help others.
The following attributes would also be an advantage:
- Experience of network architecture.
- The ability to manage small teams of engineers.

LEAD ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced lead engineer to work on PS3, Xbox 360 and PSP titles at our London studio. Working along side other department leads and a senior producer, you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the programming team.
Qualifications:
- Lead experience and worked in a senior role on at least 2 other published titles (console games preferred).
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.

NETWORK ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced network engineer to work on PS3, Xbox 360 and PSP titles at our London studio. An ideal candidate will have worked on game-side network architecture for at least one published console or PC game.
Qualifications:
- Experience of game-side network code such as addressing latency \ lag, client-side prediction \ correction issues.
- Current object replication techniques.
- Experience of UDP \ TCP IP protocols.
- A high standard of C/C++ programming (at least 3 years commercial experience)
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
- Experience in working with multi-processor architecture \ distributed computing.
The following attributes would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of low-level assembler programming.

LEVEL DESIGNERS
We’re looking for experienced level designers to work on our next PSN/XBLA/WiiWare title. While the bulk of the work will be in level layout, there will also be opportunity for input into the game design. Successful applicants will have:
- Designed levels on a variety of different game types.
- Created levels from an initial idea through to a finished state.
- Experience working effectively alongside art and technical departments.
- A good grasp of level design concepts and how to apply them.
The following criteria would be beneficial:
- Experience of other facets of game design.
- Additional abilities, such as traditional drawing skills, programming, or script writing.

ASSISTANT PRODUCER / PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
The successful applicant for this role will have some proven project management experience, and will be required to assist the producer in the day to day running of the project. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual, who has strong communication skills and a broad knowledge of video game development.
Responsibilities will include helping to create and collate task lists for each department, checking milestone submissions against the project plan, organising and chairing development meetings and being a conduit for development communication, managing QA personnel and test plans, assisting with project submissions, etc.
The following would also be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of scheduling using MS Project, Excel, or other method.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of the importance of relationships between publisher and developer.
- Able to work to deadlines and instil others to do the same.
